A faithful mindset is a way of thinking that blends trust in God with intentional growth of the mind and heart. It recognizes that our thoughts shape how we live, so we care for them with wisdom, purpose, and grace. By strengthening our inner life, we protect ourselves from harmful patterns and respond to the world with clarity, resilience, and compassion. From this foundation, faith is not only believed but lived - reflected through our actions as God’s presence moves through us.

How Does It Work?

The Faithful Mindset is 9 weeks of online video guided support, within a safe, judgment-free zone. Every week, a new section will be revealed to you.

Each week has sections of intentional focus that we encourage setting time aside for so you can learn and discover without distraction.

Each video is less than 4 minutes and guided by our founder and instructor, Hilary Williamson, followed by a set of relating questions, which you can take your time reflecting and answering. There are no right or wrong answers and they are not visible even to us, so honest reflections feels safe.

Intentional focus includes Awareness, Knowledge and Action, for your mind, body and relationships.

Awareness: Discover what’s not working so you know what you’d like to work on. When we become aware, we have a starting point.

Knowledge: Learn how the brain works (simplified) and what it needs to create change. When we understand, we have more control.

Action: Easy and small action steps you can practice daily so you can create real and lasting change. When we know what to do, we improve our chance of success.

By focusing on mind, body and relationships, you will discover how they are all connected and how change can impact and improve all areas of your life, including your faith in God.

You will always be in control of your own learning and internal growth and with our private facebook community of other students and alumni, support won’t end when the program has been completed.

Meet Hilary!

 

Hilary Williamson is the founder of The Faithful Mindset and your guide in the videos. She teaches from the intersection of faith, lived experience, and neuroscience - the study of the brain - helping women understand how change happens internally, not just why it matters.

Hilary is not a physician or counselor. She considers herself a translator of information: taking complex information about how the brain works, simplifying it in easy to understand language and pairing it with biblical truth - then offering it in a way that is practical, compassionate, and usable in everyday life.

Through her own journey of rebuilding physical, emotional, and mental well-being, Hilary learned a powerful truth - she could not do it alone, and she could not just sit and pray.
